* Lake Directory Card eligibility: Lake Directory Cards are limited to 12 primary paid placements per Lake Directory category. Higher-level advertising packages include Lake Directory Card eligibility, but placement is subject to available category space, category fit, layout needs, and publication approval. When displayed on a Lake Directory category page, the standard placement is a matching Lake Directory Carousel Card beside the Lake Directory Card. If the most relevant category is full, Lake Wedowee Discovery may offer the advertiser a suitable alternate category, waitlist placement, carousel / overflow visibility, or other supporting visibility.

* Advertising disclosure: Introductory rates may change as site traffic, placement demand, submission volume, and feature depth increase. Choose your advertising placement first, then select your preferred payment option at checkout when available. Recurring advertising placements renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future billing, but the current paid placement remains active through the end of the paid term. Placement begins after the submitted content is reviewed, approved, and published, not necessarily on the payment date. The 90-day introductory special allows qualifying advertisers to pay for two months and receive the third month at no charge. This plan renews every 90 days at the same introductory rate as long as the same placement remains active without cancellation, interruption, or a material package change. Display layout, image cropping, card placement, and page presentation may adjust for mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes. Full feature advertisers may receive supporting featured card visibility on relevant pages where applicable. Featured card visibility may appear in rotating visibility areas on relevant pages. Rotation timing, order, placement, and display may vary by page, device, layout, active advertiser count, and site needs. FSBO listings are active for up to 90 days and may be renewed for an additional 90-day period. Payment confirms a submission for review and does not guarantee publication if the content is incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or outside the Lake Wedowee Discovery service area. Lake Wedowee Discovery reserves the right to increase the number of Lake Directory Card placements in any category at its discretion. A Lake Directory Card may be purchased by itself. Additional approved cards may be displayed through a rotating carousel, overflow section, alternate category, waitlist placement, or other supporting visibility at Lake Wedowee Discovery’s discretion. The 12-card limit applies to paid Lake Directory category placements only and does not apply to brokerage or team agent cards displayed on a Broker or Realtor Feature Card & Page. Event Feature Cards are $75 per month or $750 per year. Business Spotlight Card & Page placements are $95 per month or $950 per year. Property / Listing Promotion Card & Page placements are $95 per month or $950 per year. Broker or Realtor Feature Card & Page placements are $95 per month or $950 per year. Brokerage realtor cards on the broker page are discounted to $25 per active agent card, are not limited to 12, and may be displayed using a carousel, grouped layout, or expanded team directory section when needed. Additional Lake Directory Cards may be purchased separately. Page Featured Spotlight Card & Page placements are $125 per month or $1,250 per year and are placed directly under the hero on a selected major page or navigation page where available. Homepage Featured Spotlight Card & Page placements are $175 per month or $1,750 per year and are exclusive 30-day homepage placements unless purchased annually. Featured Article Cards may appear on article, directory, homepage, or supporting pages when multiple advertisers are active. Each Featured Article Page is a dedicated advertiser feature page. Advertisers may request standard content updates at 30-day intervals or at renewal. Standard updates may include updated text, one replacement image, link changes, or basic placement corrections. Major redesigns, rewritten feature content, multiple image swaps, new offers, new listings, or a substantially different advertisement may require an update service fee depending on the amount of work involved. Lake Access Map Placement is included with qualifying active Business Spotlight Card & Page placements or higher when the business, event, or featured location is within 20 miles of Lake Wedowee and is a good fit for visitor planning. Featured Lake Access Map pins and related listing cards may be removed when the qualifying paid advertising period ends unless renewed. Featured Article Pages are dedicated advertiser feature pages; multiple Featured Article Cards may appear on article, directory, homepage, or supporting pages when multiple advertisers are active. Paid cards, feature pages, sponsored articles, promoted event placements, and map placements may be labeled as sponsored, featured, promoted, or advertising where appropriate. Yearly rates are based on the current introductory monthly rate and may be adjusted for future renewals.
